Generation 1 – Chapter 9: From seeds to flowers

I was happy to see that Ashton was a kid just like my others. I couldnt get him out with us fishing or gardening but Ashton had gotten him a real friend. Her name was Niela Moss the daughter of Stone Moss a farmer friend of mine. Ashton and Niela spend all their time togehter, mostly at the Moss house.

 

We where having some birthdays again. First up is was Dahlia. She grew into a beautiful looking teenager. Now where she is getting older you really can see that she looks a lot like me. The only big difference is the skin color. As soon as we had said: “Happy Birthday” to her she ran outside and started digging in my garden.

 

Carmelo and Iris where getting elder too. First there was Carmelo who wasnt very pleased to share his birthday with the girls, but we managed to get him to smile anyway. Carmelo looks so much like his father if it wasnt for his green hair.

 

Iris grew up slightly more happy she was a quiet girl, and sometimes i took her in making funny faces and speaking to an imaginary friend. Im a bit concerned about that but i think she will grow and get real friends when she starts school.

 

Dahlia was so happy about begining highshool and that she could help me in the garden so she wanted to thank Buck and I. She asked us if she couldnt paint a portrait of Buck which we naturally allowed.

 

My garden is blossoming now. I am growing so many different things now. The bistro even convinced me to try planting their new burger and steak plants. I dont think it will work but they pay me for trying. Besides that they say that im growing perfect fruits and vegetables now. Im so proud.

 

Ashton was also getting older now. He asked us if he could have a birthday party togehter with Niela and we agreed. We invited family and friends of both children and togehter they blew out their candles both looking as they coulnt wait for their wish to come true.

 

Niela stayed that night and the next morning i saw them waiting togehter on the bus discussing all the new things they would learn now they started at high school.

 

After Ashtons aging i didnt see much of him anymore. He was always at Nielas house or at the library studying. I was really worried about him. The other three really seemed to be happy at their school now i wonder what had changed. But as long all others where happy i only could smile about my life.
